Owned by Trevor Newbould and Veronica Pugh, the senior frier is Matthew Chambers.
Trevor started his trade preparing the chips in his fathers fish and chip shop in York at age 12yrs and was managing it by the age of 16.
Between them Trevor and Veronica have over 50 years experience in the trade owning several shops and a large restaurant along the way.
North East finalists in the fish & chip shop of the year competition as far back as 2001 and have won many accolades and awards since then.
We specialise in preparing and serving premium quality Fish and Chips for the most discerning take-away customers.
